Villainous is a Mexican cartoon created by Alan Ituriel airing on Cartoon Network that first premiered on May 15th, 2017. The show follows Black Hat, his scientist Dr. Flug, his biggest fan Demencia, and a failed experiment named 5.0.5., as he attempts to develop evil products to sell to other villains through the Black Hat Organization.

Demencia is a mischievous girl, and has strong romantic feelings for Black Hat (who does not return these feelings). Her clothes are wild to match her personality and she makes the gang of villains a little more crazy. She is zany and hyperactive, often being prone to random and erratic behavior.
